Recycling Processes

COLLECTION
 

As a first step, we will normally visit a client to carry out an appraisal. We will assess the types and volumes of waste requiring collection and recycling, and type of handling available on site. We will then put together a solution, which may include the installation of balers on site. Whenever a collection is required, the client then simply calls us to arrange a collection.
PROCESSING
 

We carry out a wide range of processes at our factory in Frome, to ready plastic, cardboard and packaging waste for their next destination. These include granulating, micronising, compounding, extruding and baling. We can also carry out these processes on a contract basis – please contact us for details.
MANUFACTURING
 

Where possible, we recycle the plastics we collect in our pipe manufacturing facility here on site to minimise the material’s onward travelling distance. Find out more about our manufacturing capability by clicking here.
